ABOUT ME
The Story Behind Rejuveney
My name is Richard Sundstrom, and I’ve spent my entire life fixing things — homes, systems, and sometimes even people’s belief in what’s possible.
I grew up with tools in my hands, learning carpentry and repairs from a young age. That early foundation turned into a lifetime of multi‑trade experience, from hands‑on craftsmanship to running a successful property maintenance company in South Lake Tahoe. I’ve worked in homes, rentals, cabins, and investment properties for decades, always with the same philosophy: Do the job right. Treat people with respect. Leave things better than you found them.
Those values eventually became the blueprint for Rejuveney.

A Lifetime of Experience, Rebuilt Into a System
I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years — craftsman, business owner, problem‑solver, and even a photographer documenting the world from Antarctica to Hawaii. Every chapter taught me something about people, pride, and the importance of doing things with intention.
Rejuveney is the result of all those years coming together.
It’s the system I wish existed when I was younger — a place where skilled workers can thrive, and homeowners can finally get reliable, honest help without the stress.
Why I Built Rejuveney
After decades of hands‑on work, I realized something important:
I don’t want to be the guy on the ladder forever.
I want to build something that lasts.
Rejuveney lets me take everything I’ve learned — the craftsmanship, the project management, the customer service, the leadership — and turn it into a business that helps people on both sides:
